2. Write down the RA number, that you will receive after form submission, on the package.

All information will also be sent to your e-mail after submitting the RA form.

Important: For all resize and repair requests, your ring must be returned to Heavy Stone Rings before work can begin. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production after we receive your ring. If you have a deadline or need your ring back by a specific date, please contact our office before shipping your ring so we can discuss available options.
