We stand by our materials, craftmanship, and the pieces we create. Below you’ll find details of our policies so you know what to expect.
Materials & Craftmanship
Modern Metals
All cataloged Modern Metal pieces include a lifetime guarantee, including:
- Lifetime resizing
- Lifetime repair and refurbishing for reasonable wear and tear.
Precious Metals
- Resizing and repairs are available for a fee
Exclusions
Any warranty is void if the piece has been sized, modified, or repaired by an outside jeweler. We’re proud of our work and prefer to keep our hands on the pieces we guarantee.
Repairs
Modern Metals
Reasonable wear and tear is covered under our lifetime warranty – because life happens. That said, your piece is still fine jewelry. We recommend removing it before the gym, the pool, or yard work to keep it looking its best.
Precious Metals
Repairs are available – please call for a quote. We’re always happy to help. Extensive damage is not covered under warranty.

Modern Metals
Lifetime resizing is complimentary.
Precious Metals
- Basic resizing (up or down 1.5 sizes): $50
- Intricate designs: 30% of the current piece price
Custom Designs
Resizing is complimentary when the Custom Warranty is added at the time of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome on non-custom pieces as long as the exchange is equitable. No restocking fees apply to exchanges.
Returns
- Available on non-custom items only
- 30-day return window
- 35% restocking fee (based on current piece price)
Kits & Custom Designs
Kits and custom designs are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Complete and submit an RA (Return Authorization) Form.
- Ship the piece back to us. Include the RA number in the package!
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees.
Once your piece arrives at our shop, please allow 1-4 weeks for processing.
